Vanessa, born on December 24, 1956, spent her life radiating compassion and wisdom.As a tireless advocate for mental health and well-being, Vanessa touched the lives of countless individuals, offering a guiding light in times of darkness.A public viewing will be held at the Chapel of Angels Funeral Home in Laurel, MS, on December 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM until 7PM where friends and family will gather to pay their respects. The following day, December 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM, a public viewing will take place at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, leading into a funeral service at 2:00 PM. These ceremonies will serve as a celebration of her life, where stories will be shared, tears will be shed, and the indelible impact of her spirit will be honored.Following the services, Vanessa will be cremated, her essence embraced in the memories cherished by all who knew her. In this time of sorrow, let us remember Vanessa not only for her passing but for the extraordinary life she lived, the love she shared, and the smiles she inspired.
