With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Peggy Jackson, who left this world on April 26, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on August 30, 1953, Peggy was a nurturing spirit, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and a cherished friend. She touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will resonate in our hearts forever.In celebration and honor of Peggy's life, a funeral service will be held at the Pleasant Valley MB Church in Laurel, Mississippi, on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate the remarkable woman she was, sharing stories filled with laughter, love, and the indelible mark she left on our lives. Interment will be immediately followed at Nora Davis Cemetery in Laurel MS.Prior to the service, a public viewing will take place at the Chapel of Angels Funeral Home on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM. This will be an opportunity for all who knew Peggy to pay their respects and to find solace in the company of those who loved her.As we say goodbye to Peggy, let us remember the light she brought into our lives and the joy she found in simple moments.
