Mr. Michael E. Shanks passed away on February 7, 2024 at South Central Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at St. Elmo Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be immediately following at Oak Hill #2 Cemetery.
