Mary will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Rev. James McLaurin, her loving children, grandchildren and so many other relatives and friends with whom she shared a profound relationship rooted in faith and love. Together, they cultivated a life rich in community and service, touching countless lives through their shared commitment to uplifting others.In celebrating the remarkable life of Mary Eliza McLaurin, we will come together to honor her legacy. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Christian Valley M.B. Church, where family and friends will gather to reflect on the cherished memories we hold in our hearts. Prior to the service, a public viewing will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, providing an opportunity for all to pay their respects and share in the love that Mary so freely gave.Following the service, Mary will be laid to rest with dignity and grace at Nora Davis Cemetery in Laurel Ms.As we mourn the loss of Mary, let us celebrate the extraordinary woman she was-a beacon of hope and kindness.
