Jimmy Dell Johnson Ph.D.

Jimmy Dell Johnson, Ph.D., formerly of Laurel, passed away in Boston, MA on February 4, 2025. An Oak Park High School - Class of 1965 graduate, was awarded the Masonite Scholarship for academic excellence in 1965. He earned a B.A. from DePauw University and later a Ph.D. in religious Studies from historical Harvard University. No funeral services are planned.
