Eunice Payton, who went to be with her Lord on May 5, 2026, at the age of 85. Eunice was born on May 22, 1940, and filled her years with love, laughter, and a spirit that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.Eunice was a devoted mother and cherished each moment spent with family and friends. Her life was a testament to resilience, compassion, and kindness. Those who knew her will remember her warm smile, wise counsel, and unconditional love. A celebration of Eunice's beautifully lived life will be held at Blue Mountain Baptist Church in Bayspring, MS. A public viewing will begin on May 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM, followed by a heartfelt funeral service at 2:00 PM. We invite all who were touched by Eunice's spirit to join us in honoring her legacy. Interment immediately followed in the Blue Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. Eunice Payton will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will forever remain a source of inspiration and love. Let us honor her memory by embracing one another, just as she embraced us all.
