Douglas A. Peppers, of Laurel, MS, passed away at his home in Laurel, MS.. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Friendship Baptist Church. Interment will be immediately following at Oak Hill #2.
