It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Christopher Starr, who departed this life on August 2, 2025, at the age of 42. Born on March 31, 1983, Christopher was a beloved husband, father, brother, mentor, cherished friend, and a source of light to all who knew him.Christopher is survived by his devoted wife, Tegan Evans, who stood by his side through life's joys and challenges. Together, they cultivated a partnership built on love, respect, and countless shared memories. Christopher's kind spirit and unwavering commitment to those he loved created a resonant bond that will forever be cherished.As we gather to honor his legacy, we invite family, friends, and all whose lives Christopher touched to join us in commemorating his life. A public viewing will be held at Koinonia Missionary Baptist Church on August 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM to share memories and celebrate the impact he had on our lives. Following this, a funeral service will take place at the same location on August 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, allowing us to reflect on the beautiful moments shared and the love that will continue to flourish in our hearts. Interment will be immediately followed at Nora Davis cemetery.Christopher's journey may have ended, but the warmth of his presence and the echoes of his laughter will forever remain with us. His spirit will live on in the stories we share and the love we carry forward.In this time of grief, we encourage all to come together, to remember, and to support one another as we bid farewell to a remarkable soul.
